ExReps Privacy Policy What information do we collect ?Information is provided to ExReps via email, and occasional phone call. This information is generally limited to names, email addresses , and whatever information individuals care to share about the companies and/or projects someone may have been associated with. What do we use it for ? We post this information and other information provided by members on the website in such places as our roster and/or links page, no other copies or use of this information is made. Removal of information Any and all personal information about an individual is removed on request. |

Email Records We maintain a single copy of all emails received from individuals for our internal use, if requested we will delete all such copies for the individual making the request. Information Sharing ExReps does not share any information about our members, prospective members, or website visitors with anyone for any reason. Cookies A cookie is a small data file that certain Web sites write to your hard drive when you visit them. A cookie file can contain information such including a user ID that the site uses to track the pages you've visited. But the only personal information a cookie can contain is information you supply yourself. A cookie can't read data off your hard disk or read cookie files created by other sites. If you subscribe to an account in our forums area a cookie will be inserted on the machine you use for connection to allow persistent connections to the system. Other than this ExReps does not use cookies Electronic Newsletters ExReps may publish intermittent electronic newsletters to members, prospective members, or website visitors. If you do not wish to receive such newsletters you name will be removed from the mailing list on request. Surveys ExReps may conduct periodic surveys in conjunction with our Newsletter to learn how to better meet user needs. If you do wish to not receive such surveys you name will be removed from the mailing list on request. Usage tracking Usage data about visitors to our website is automatically collected by the Apache web server software that we employ. This data is aggregated and displayed via a web trending package called AwStats. We make use of the demographic and usage data provided by AwStats to ensure proper operation of the website. We use tracking information to determine which areas of our sites users like and don't like based on traffic to the various areas. ExReps does not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps us continue to build a better service for you. Unsubscribe Policy Users may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters, or any other service, at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of each newsletter.
