Perfection is something that the young people strive for, I feel that close is pretty damn good.
I am still working on a part time basis and occasionally get a little swamped, also occasionally email fails to perform. 99.99999% reliability still means that millions of email go astray each day.
Sometimes I get a little behind, so if you have sent in a registration or an address change and have not seen it come through don't be shy about giving me a bump about it.
